ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION 23(1)(B)(II)
Where a data subject requests a description of their personal information held by the organisation, including information about the identity of all third parties, or categories of third parties, who have, or have had, access to the information, they have the right to this at a prescribed fee.
The process to be followed as well as the fee you are entitled to charge is set out in the Promotion of Access to Information Act and Regulations.
PROCEDURE FOR DEALING WITH COMPLAINTS 63(3)
Where the organisation or a data subject is aggrieved by a determination, declaration, order or direction made by an adjudicator after having investigated a complaint, the person can complain to the Regulator. There is a prescribed fee for this, and there may be different fees for different persons.
