Treating customers fairly (TCF) is an online intermediate-level training course, offering a comprehensive introduction to the Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) Principles. The course explains what is expected from product suppliers, financial services providers, intermediaries, and customers in terms of the six fairness outcomes outlined by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) that applies to companies when offering financial products (e.g., Insurance) to customers.
