The Financial Sector Conduct Authority has published Guidance Notice 1 of 2019 as guidance on the application of section 14 of the FAIS Act (“Debarment”) in particular with the regard to the rationale applied and the process to be following when effecting debarments.

This course considers the guidance note as well as the statutory stipulations regarding debarment.
